Clean rooms. Concierge floor is a great plus for Zurich, because you get free breakfast and can make a dinner of sandwiches/snacks. Restaurant prices are sky-high in this town. Great views, location is a bit desolate but not at all scary and it’s a 10-minute tram ride from downtown.
